From 5000 BC to 500 BC people not only survived, but thrived, living with the land, nature and animals. We can teach you some of these ancient skills, and are always keen to get children and adults outdoors and doing hands-on work. We do precious little of either nowadays.

We are Kim Biddulph and Anna Schofield- women with knives and control of fire! Kim is an archaeologist and Anna is a teacher and crafter and, together, we can help you explore the skills of ancient people.
We have worked together for several years, teaching school groups about the Stone and Iron Ages, as well as learning and teaching bushcraft skills.
Here’s what our clients say about us:
“John had a wonderful time and loved every minute. Please let me know if you are doing another courses and I’m sure he’d love to do it.”
“Thank you so much for this week, George has loved it all & is looking forward to joining you again.”
“Jesse loved his day with you yesterday… he had loads of fun, so thank you both.”
“The girls had a wonderful time. Lots of things to do. Sapph is telling everyone that she made fire.”
“We really loved it. The children (and adults!) really enjoyed it, especially making fire!”
